Still Standing with Chase Iron Eyes

The fight for Standing Rock and indigenous people across the country is still going on to this day. Chase Iron Eyes is an attorney, writer, and speaker who has been a long time advocate for the rights of Indigenous people in America as well as sacred sites across the nation. He was one of the Sioux leaders in the fight against the Dakota Access Pipeline. Chase Iron Eyes will be giving a lecture on campus talking to his experiences in protests, his advocacy for Indigenous rights and sacred lands, and the representation of Indigenous people in America.
