As part of Sonoma State University’s Alpha Gamma Delta Fraternity. We would like to share with you the opportunity to support our 25th annual Lip Jam, a lip-syncing and dancing competition between Sonoma State University clubs, fraternities, and sororities benefiting diabetes education and awareness. This year our theme is From the 90s Till Now. All of the participants will work with their organizations to portray an assigned year by only using songs from the top 100 Billboard chart of their year. There is a constant need for more research to help find a cure for diabetes, a disease that affects over 24 million adults and children, while 57 million more who are prediabetic. With the help of the participants, viewers, and donors we hope to make the biggest impact possible.

This past year the Greek community at SSU, local businesses, and supportive friends and family of fraternity members came together to raise $50,528.84. All proceeds were donated to the Alpha Gamma Delta Foundation, which supports Diabetes Education and Awareness and provides scholarships for fraternity women to attend leadership conferences. Lip Jam 2017 will be held on February 25th at 12:00pm and 7:00pm, at Sonoma State’s prestigious Green Music Center.
