Wellness & Wakening w/ Armando Davila

  • The Rec Center, Silverstrand Studio (map)

Learn to Love the Floor is contemporary urban floor movement, the democratization of floor based movement & dance styles for people who are attracted to the floor based dimensions of Breaking or Capoeira but can't commit to the entire art form and culture. Curated movements and in depth biomechanics (the how to) so the movements and floor-based movement as a whole can be safely incorporated into your movement vocabulary. For folks who are more familiar with floor based movement it is a learning laboratory. For anyone it is an hour and a half of movement love and a communal experience of creativity.
