One year ago on, November 13, 2013 the doors of Sonoma State University’s Student Center opened for students, faculty, and staff.
The Grand Opening festivities begin with a ceremonial ribbon-cutting with speeches from President Armiñana and AS President Mac Hart.
After the ceremony the doors open for students, staff and faculty to explore the three story, 130,000-square foot building.
Passports were handed out for students to explore the building and get entered to win great prizes including a Playstation, Southwest gift cards and much more!
FREE samples were handed out at W+B, The Kitchens & Lobo's that showed off the new food being offered on-campus!
A photo booth provided for some memorable photos throughout the event!
A caricature artists drew many photos of students throughout the day!
Students enjoyed exploring their brand new Student Center throughout the day!
