Did you know that University Culinary Services hosts fundraisers at Lobo’s each week? If you are a part of a chartered club on-campus, take a look to figure out how to get a fundraiser scheduled for your club.
To sign up for a club fundraiser you need to visit the UCS Goodwill website and fill out the form on that webpage (form opens August 18th). After filling out the form, you will be contacted within five days to be told if you have been approved and for what date. This year we are holding club fundraisers every Thursday. Two weeks prior to your date you will receive an email giving you a week to send in any marketing items you would like UCS to use (you are also welcome to send these materials at any earlier point). UCS can promote your fundraiser on their Facebook, Twitter, and on a Seawolf Living blog post. After your fundraiser has been completed, you will receive an email letting you know how much you have earned.
