Sometimes a quick snack is all you need to get you through an afternoon of studying. Rather than reaching for chips or left over Halloween candy, how about whipping up this super quick and delicious snack?
Peanut (or Almond) Butter
Chocolate Chips (if desired)
Core and slice your apple to make small disc-like shapes. Spread both sides with a little bit of peanut or almond butter and top with some granola. You can also add some chocolate chips if you'd like! Push the slices into a sandwich and there you have it!
