Are you unsure about the best way to workout to reach your goals? Interested in switching up your workout routine? Campus Recreations Personal Trainers are here to help! One-on-one and group/buddy training packages are offered. If you want the individual attention, a one-on-one training package is the way to go. The group and buddy training packages are a great way to save some money, while still getting the most out of your time. Personal Training also offers a Fitness Assessment and a Body Composition Assessment for a low price. More information can be found here. Package purchases can be done at the Campus Recreation front desk (payment is due at the time of purchase). After that, you will fill out a Healthy History packet, and return that to the front desk. A personal trainer will contact you to set up your sessions within 2 business days!
