Want to relax at the end of your day while getting a great work out all at the same time? Night swim is now available at the pool (located next to the Gymnasium) on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:30pm-8:30pm. Please bring SSU I.D. for admittance.
Swimming is a great alternative route to fitness that offers benefits beyond lifting weights or going for a walk. It is known for its emotionally relaxing benefits, as well as its low impact on your joints and muscles. Swimming will allow you to get a great cardio workout, soak up some Vitamin D from the sun, and strengthen your muscles. Come out and swim some laps with us!
In addition to night swim, the pool is open rain or shine on Monday-Friday: 12pm - 2pm &
Saturday/Sunday: 12pm - 3pm
