Happy Midterms Everyone! We know this is a very stressful time of the year, but here are some tips and tricks to keep your stress controlled!
- Get Enough Sleep (at least 7 hours). Running on little to no sleep will not help you ace your midterm, a good night's sleep will. Rest your brain!
- Eat Healthy. Many studies show that lack of sleep and an empty stomach can negatively affect your studying and test taking. Allow yourself time to make some healthy snacks. Some examples of healthy and affordable snacks are fruit, nuts, peanut butter, and even dark chocolate! To find out more healthy snacks and recipes click here.
- Exercise. Visit our beautiful Recreation Center on campus for a quick workout. Exercise is stimulating for both the brain and the body. Whether you are running a lap on our track or doing an ab workout in one of our studios, make the time!
