This trip will take 2 ½ - 3 hours to get to, but it is worth the wait, for sure!!  Playful sea otters. Flashy fishes. Mesmerizing jellies. Swirling sardines. These are just a few of the exhibits right now at the Aquarium. Explore habitat by habitat from the ocean's edge to the open sea, and meet all the amazing and awe-inspiring creatures that call the ocean home. From sea otters to seaweeds, their unique oceanfront location and timeless galleries bring the wonders of the ocean to life for our visitors. But beyond our exhibits, we are transforming what it means to be an aquarium. The mission of the Monterey Bay Aquarium is to inspire conservation of the ocean. Join us and immerse yourself. This will be a long day, but I think it will be worth it. We plan to arrive and leave upon open and close of the aquarium, however, depending on the actual trippers, we may make a game day decision to depart the aquarium earlier.
