Kitchen's Spring Cooking Class: One pot risotto

Led by Executive Chef Don Cortes, this free one-pot cooking series teaches the basics of creating a healthy yet quick meal. The featured lesson menu includes: Risotto. All ingredients and kitchen utensils will be provided, and attendees take home a free shirt.
