#SSUTTD: InMotion Classes

Looking to get into a new routine this semester? Check out the Rec’s InMotion classes. From Dance Fusion to all different types of Yoga, find what workout is best for you! Check out why WE are headed to the next class:

1. InMotion classes are free AND located on campus- can’t get much better than that!


2. It’s a FUN and effective way to workout


3. It’s a great way to meet people, especially those with similar interests.


4. You can pick the class you want to take! If dancing’s not your thing, either type of yoga is a perfect option!


5. It’s a great way to destress, whether that’s through quiet time in Shavasana or a good laugh in dance fusion.


Take a peek into the different classes offered:

  • Buti Yoga: A high-intensity fusion of power yoga, cardi intensive tribal dance, conditioning and deep abdominal work

  • Flow Yoga: Influenced by Vinyasa/Restorative and Yin Yoga

  • Yoga: A balanced combination of sustained poses and fluid movement to bring physical balance to the body

  • Dance Fusion: An urban dance workout that makes you swart while having a dance party. With easy to follow dance moves and high energy music, you’ll be samba and swinging your way to a sweat in this 55 minute class.
